Our website is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you

Taxes: international Buyers are responsible for all customs fees or taxes. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Portugal.
All the items in our shop will be shipped after receipt of payment, by REGISTERED MAIL (CTT Correios de Portugal) with tracking number, in order to check the delivery status.
Once we received the ORDER: items will be printed and shipped 1-3 business days, it’s depends on the queue of orders at the moment.
We handprint all the orders so please be patient and respect the time of an handmade product.
If you have any special needs of timing please let us know before buying, in order to advise you.

Shipping prices include packaging.
Be aware that during Christmas time or other holidays it will take longer. Schedule variations depend also on the customs of each country.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We don’t offers refunds for our items.
All items are carefully packed and we're not responsible for any damage incurred during transport. There is no refund for items not received due to incorrect address.
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and, only after our answer, send your item to: Rua do Salitre 106, 1dto 1250-202 Lisboa PT.
To notify a defective item, you have 15 days (for Europe) / 25 days (for the rest of the world) since your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your defective item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rua de Santa Justa 60, 4ºesq 1100-485 Lisboa.
